Prices and conditions

• The prices are indicated per day and apartment for the house BELA MUNT, and per day and person for the residence CIASA DL MONE,  for a minimun stay of 5 nights. for each extra bed (sofabed) 30% reduction
• travel cot available on request
• All reservations will be confirmed only after a deposit remittance by bank and our written confermation.
• In case of delayed arrival or of advanced departure, the arranged price will not vary, and there is no return of the deposit in case of reservation call off.
• in case of cancellation from 14 days before arrival the day, we will charge the total amount, so we recommend you to make a travel cancellation insurance.
• Only in case of a new closure of the regions due to covid19, the reservation will be candeled and the deposit will be kept valid for a next stay
• The price includes kitchen-, bed- and bath linen, heating, gas, water and electricity. The final cleaning included if the guest leave the apartment clean, otherwise we add 80,00 euro for it.
• for the guest of the residence CIASA DL MONE, the price includes even the use of the wellnessarea, which is open in the winter from the 22.12 on and in the summer only in August.
• the price does not include the tourist tax, which costs 3,00 euro per day per person ( exempt from the payment fo the tax are minours up to the age of 14 years)
• we kindly ask to pay the rest of the amount directly the arrival day
• WI-FI connection is available
• the number or person occupying the apartments, may not exceed that indicated in our confirmation.
• check-in from 4.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m., after this hour only with agreement.
• check-out untill 9.30 a.m.
