  • The prices refer to person and day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
  • * for the apartments the prices are indicated per day and apartment.
  • For each extra bed 30% reduction·
  • All reservations will be confirmed only after a deposit remittance by post or bank and our written confermation.
  • In case of delayed arrival or of advanced departure, the arranged price will not vary, and there is no return of the deposit in case of reservation call off.
  • The price includes bed- and bath lines, heating, gas, water, electricity and visitor tax. For the apartments is the final cleaning included.
  • Small animals are welcome.
